Set up the daily channel
Point FluffBoost at the channel where the daily quote should be posted.
FluffBoost posts to exactly one channel per server. You choose which one with
the /setup channel command.
Requirements
- You need the Manage Server permission to run setup commands.
- The target channel must be a text channel (not a voice, forum, or category).
- FluffBoost needs permission to View Channel and Send Messages there.
Using a private staff channel to test? Make sure FluffBoost's role can actually see it — if the bot can't view the channel, the quote silently won't arrive.
Set the channel
Run the command
In the channel you want (or anywhere, then pick it in the option), run:
/setup channel channel:#daily-motivationConfirm
FluffBoost replies to confirm the channel is saved. From now on, the daily quote lands there.
Change the channel later
Run /setup channel again with a different channel. The new choice replaces the
old one — there's only ever one active channel per server.
